Night Shot: The Sugarcane Carrier

I hate night shots. For a user of a fully- automatic point and shoot digital camera, taking pictures without natural light is one of the hardest. Your shot may be over-exposed if you use the built-in flash or too dim if you shot without it. Adjusting to a higher ISO may help but your photo may become a little bit noisy . A slight movement when shooting without a flash will also spoil the overall image quality.


On this photo, I do not have a tripod. I just put my cam on a flat surface, composed, and use the 10 seconds timer. Why use the timer? It is because a small movement when pressing the shutter button will make the image blurry.
